Welcome to Shei Tech! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (sheitech.com.bd) and the purchase of products or services from us. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.

Shei Tech reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our website, products, or services without our written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

Any reviews, comments, suggestions, or other submissions you provide become the property of Shei Tech and may be used for marketing or improvement purposes. You must not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or mislead us regarding the origin of any submission.

All prices on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price. We do not offer price matching with competitors or other sellers.

Orders outside Dhaka require an advance payment of Tk. 200 or 10% of the total amount for large orders. We reserve the right to verify payment details before processing orders to prevent fraudulent transactions. If additional verification is required and the customer fails to respond, the order may be canceled.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as political unrest, public holidays, or supply chain disruptions. If a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. Orders may take longer to arrive during peak seasons or special promotions.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. If an incorrect product is sent, we will provide the correct item. The customer must return the incorrect product in its original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused to qualify for a refund. Refunds are also applicable if a customer orders a product that is later found to be out of stock. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 14 working days to complete.

Products sold on Shei Tech may come with a manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

If you believe that any content on our website is misleading, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@sheitech.com.bd. We will review all complaints and take appropriate action, including content removal if necessary.

Customers must not misuse vouchers, cashback offers, or other promotions. Any attempt to manipulate the system for unauthorized benefits may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action. If fraudulent activity is detected, we reserve the right to refuse service and take further legal measures.

Shei Tech is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and are not liable for any service interruptions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Shei Tech reserves the right to update, change, or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

All content on the Shei Tech website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Shei Tech and may not be copied, distributed, or used for any commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

Customers must ensure that the contact details provided during checkout—such as phone number, email, and delivery address—are accurate. Shei Tech is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. If an order is canceled before shipping, any advance payment made will be refunded according to our refund policy.

Shei Tech collects and stores customer data to process orders and improve services. We do not share personal information with third parties without customer consent, except as required by law. We take appropriate security measures to protect customer data but cannot guarantee absolute security due to the nature of the internet.
