- You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- The item must be returned to us in the same condition as received.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

- Physical damage due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.

4. Refund Process

- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (e.g., bKash, Nagad, bank transfer).
5. Return Shipping
- If the refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer service.
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our return/refund procedure will apply.
